If you already have the skills but struggle with confidence, communication, or knowing how to present yourself, this course will help you walk into your next interview fully prepared and self-assured.

The course is role-specific and airline-adaptable — so whether you’re targeting your dream airline or a non-aviation job, each session is tailored to what recruiters actually look for.

Across 6 fully personalized one-on-one sessions over 4 weeks, you’ll learn how to introduce yourself confidently, answer tough questions, improve body language, and leave a lasting impression.
Sessions are conducted by Aarushi and an English communication tutor, offering you both expert interview training and guidance on refining your speaking style.

Please note: This is not an English fluency course. If you are not comfortable speaking in English or struggle to form full sentences, we recommend starting with our ‘Communicate with Confidence & Clarity’ course first. This will help you build the language foundation required to succeed in interviews.

Also note: The course timeline is strictly 4 weeks from the date of your first session. Extensions up to 6 weeks may be considered only in case of medical or family emergencies. Students are expected to attend sessions regularly and complete all practice tasks on time. If you’re enrolling, please ensure you’re available and committed to completing the course within this period.

FAQ: Interview Preparation Coaching

1. What happens after I enroll?
Once you enroll, our team will contact you to schedule your introductory Google Meet call with Aarushi. In this session, she will understand your background, assess your current level, and take note of your target airline or job role. From there, the program will be fully customized for you. We’ll also stay connected with you via WhatsApp for all scheduling and guidance.

2. How do I enroll in this course?

3. How often will the classes be?
The schedule is flexible. After your introductory call, we will share a few available time slots with you and do our best to match your preferred days and timings. There is open communication to ensure a smooth experience — but do keep in mind that all sessions must be completed within the 4-week course duration.

4. My English skills are very basic. Can I join this course?
We recommend that students have at least basic English fluency. If you are not yet comfortable speaking full sentences or understanding common interview questions, please start with our ‘Communicate with Confidence & Clarity’ course. It is designed to build your foundation and boost your speaking skills before you move to interview prep.

5. I understand English but can’t speak fluently. Is this the right course for me?
Yes, if you can express your thoughts but need help with fluency, vocabulary, and confidence — this course will absolutely help. We focus on how to organize your answers, reduce nervousness, and present yourself professionally.

6. Is this only for Cabin Crew interviews?
No. While we specialize in Cabin Crew interviews, we also prepare students for hospitality, customer service, ground staff, and corporate roles. The training is adapted to your specific job role and recruiter expectations.

7. Are the sessions one-on-one or group?
All sessions are 100% one-on-one — with Aarushi and a trained English tutor guiding you based on your individual needs and career goals. You’ll receive personal feedback, correction, and support throughout the program.

8. Do you provide a job guarantee?
No, we do not guarantee jobs. We offer thorough training and complete preparation to help you perform your best — but final selection depends on your performance and the company’s criteria.

9. Are the fees refundable?
No. The course is non-refundable once enrolled, as we reserve a dedicated time slot for each student and provide personalized training and resources.

10. How many sessions will I get, and over how long?
You will receive six one-on-one sessions over a 4-week period. The course also includes customized worksheets, practice tasks, and continuous support through WhatsApp. Sessions must be completed within this time frame unless there is a serious emergency.
